How does it work?

You will have full access for 45 minutes – feel free to explore the experiences on your own. Maximum 25 people per session, private event rates available. Contact us for more information.

What time is the Holly Jolly Pop-up open?

We’re open 10am to 8pm Sunday-Thursday, 10am to 10pm Fri & Sat from December 1 – January 6. We will close Christmas Eve at 3pm.

Where can I buy tickets?

You can buy tickets on our website. We only accept tickets purchased directly on our website and not from any third-party websites. There are no tickets available at the door and we will check all guests IDs to make sure that the person who has purchased the tickets is present. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. All sales are final and we cannot accommodate transfers to other days.

Do you provide refunds or transfers?

No, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the limited nature of this experience we have a maximum amount of guests we will allow into each time slot. There are no exceptions.

Are tickets available at the door?

No, all tickets must be purchased prior to your visit on our website.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, you can present your ticket directly from your phone, or in printed format.

What if I lost my ticket information?

No worries. Contact us and we can re-send you your tickets.

What time should I check in?

We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your time slot.  Your ticket will no longer be valid 15 minutes after your chosen time slot.  

Where should I park?

Parking is FREE. A limited number of parking spaces are available next to the facility and street parking is available. Uber or Lyft are also great options.
